As part of the strategic initiatives, The University of Sydney Business School is seeking to appoint an Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander individual to the role of Associate Dean (Indigenous Strategy and Services). This pivotal appointment signifies our dedication to Indigenous self-determination through academic leadership and aligns with our goal of integrating First Nations perspectives and experiences into our educational and research endeavours for societal impact.
This role is also a member of the University Executive Indigenous Strategy and Services Committee and will work closely with the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous Strategy and Services).
This role has strong involvement with, and requires a deep understanding of, the issues relating to and affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People, as well as an ability to communicate sensitively and effectively.
