An appointment has now been made with the following announcement released by the Chief Executive Officer.
I am delighted to announce that we have appointed Matt Wardrop into the role of Head of Growth and Partnerships (HGP).
Matt is an experienced people leader, sales professional and business developer. He has a proven record in delivering outcomes that help organisations achieve growth through enterprise-wide strategies.
Matt brings a wealth of experience within both private and public education, most recently as Head of Business Development & Major Ventures with Kangan Institute and Bendigo TAFE, where he was responsible for the strategy and growth of new business revenue domestically and internationally.
Matt will be responsible for leading the development of Catalyst’s strategic growth plan for entry into new markets and client segments, deliver on growth targets through proactive business development and account management for existing and new clients, and drive marketing programs to build awareness of Catalyst Education’s brand and RTO’s to support growth, including leading, inspiring and coaching a high performing sales and marketing team.
